Having progressive options that let you choose for the way you actually use your vision is something we’re especially proud to offer. We love that you’ve tried different designs and can appreciate the subtle differences between them—and that you keep coming back for single vision too. Thank you for trusting Payne with so many of your eyewear needs!

Three pairs, a little hometown Pennsylvania pride, and a frame with a name that feels close to home—we love this! We’re especially glad our team was able to quickly straighten out the Labor Day discount and make the experience as good as the glasses themselves. Hearing that the quality brings back memories of the Coach and Burberry frames you’ve loved over the years is quite a compliment. Enjoy all three pairs, and thank you for such a wonderful review!

Greg, we’re sorry this experience has been frustrating. We reviewed your order and support history and confirmed that the glasses were made according to the prescription information submitted with the order. Our team has also already provided a replacement code so you can place a new order with the corrected prescription information at no additional cost. We remain happy to honor that solution if you choose to use it.
