I like how my glasses arrived. They take great care in shipping glasses. I like the glass case and the lens cloth. I will definitely use this company again. The prescription was spot on.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this company and do not recommend them. When the going gets tough and there is a problem with an order they do not handle it properly and with good customer support. I had to have my order redone three times before it was “suitable” for my eyesight and between speaking to customer service, orchestrating a return/exchange, Payne remaking my eyeglasses, shipping them back out to me…it was a month and a half between each return which is totally unacceptable for someone who is in need of the proper prescription for their eyeglasses. Meaning it took almost four months to finally get a pair of prescription glasses that I could use. I just wanted to see clearly. And forget asking for or speaking to a supervisor! It seems the company is run by incompetent 20 something year old employees with little knowledge and low quality communication skills. I NEVER got to speak with a supervisor to voice my frustration and need for corrections to my eyeglasses. I was hoping third time was the charm. Well, my prescription is correct and I can see, but the quality of the lenses are sub par. And I purchased the best of their best product with anti glare, smudge free, etc. and they are certainly not what I expected or paid top dollar for. The only redeeming thing is the frames themselves are fabulous looking. But that’s it. I am wearing a pair of glasses that are smudgy all the time, always have a haze in the lenses and the clarity is terrible. I am unimpressed with this company and just want a quality pair of eyeglasses and lenses that I can see through clearly. Is that too much to ask for?

We’re sorry to see this review, as it doesn’t reflect the experience or timeline documented in our communication history. Our team worked with you through the concerns reported on your orders, including remaking your glasses when your lens needs changed, and senior Customer Experience leadership was directly involved in supporting your case. After your most recent remake was delivered, we also followed up proactively to make sure the new pair was working well and did not receive a response indicating there were additional concerns. The clarity and lens-coating issues described here are therefore new to us, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them directly. We’re glad to hear that the prescription is now working for you and that you love the frames. We’re sorry the overall experience left you disappointed and wish you the best with your future eyewear needs.
