I have bought two pairs of glasses from Payne and have been thrilled with both pairs. The quality blows most out of the water.

I honestly was a little hesitant but figured for the price I'd take a gamble. My first pair of sunglasses came in a few weeks, and they were perfect. Instant love. I immediately ordered a second pair in a different style to keep in my bag and those are just as fantastic. I've recommended to several friends.

The price was great. Love both pair of my glasses, but with returns it's to much back and forth via email. I bought my glasses in February I'm just now getting them corrected and returned because all the "ONE AT A TIME" questions. When a customer needs to return the glasses an initial email to your company is needed, but your customer service should reach out via phone to ask all the necessary questions.

Always get prompt service. If I call I get a real person to help me and they do help. These are great glasses at a very reasonable price. They hold up very well but I usually lose them so I don't have any that are over 5 years old. I have recommended this company to my friends and I recommend them to anyone looking for prescription glasses.
