I am totally pleased with Payne glasses. My new go to for prescription glasses. They go above & beyond. I wasn't happy with the frames I had chosen & when I received them I wasn't happy. They made things right. Most all of my shopping I do online & having people in customer service that care is an important part when shopping. Thank you.

Fantastic company! I have been using them for years and I refer all of my family and friends. They ha e a great selection and the prices are absolutely incredible! I have honestly purchased a total of 17 pairs of eyeglasses over the years for myself, my husband, and my daughter. I wear Progressives and I have really bad vision. You can not beat the price and quality. I highly recommend Payne for all your eyeglass needs.

I decided to give payne a try when their transitional lenses were more affordable than some competitors. I loved the glasses and have continued to return for all my pairs. This year I was prescribed bifocals for the first time. I ordered a few pairs, and then placed another order wanting to try progressive lenses. I then placed one more order for a more expensive pair and chose the upgraded lenses and a wide bifocal. Payne called me and asked me if I was sure, then let me do some research on how this could impact my vision and my eyes ability to adjust to progressive lenses. They then helped to adjust my order to a progressive lens and refunded me 40 dollars. This is top tier customer service. Plus, when I called, I was on the phone with a person in less than a minute. I will never go anywhere else for glasses. I love my progressive lenses, they are all perfect. The prices are so great I have a bunch of styles too!

Simply great, I ordered 2 pairs of prescription bifocal glasses and one of them was a sunglasses. They both were awesome when i tried them on enclosed in a perfect glasses cases and wrapped up!. During the process they asked me to send them my face picture as well as my physical prescription and they did a brilliant job.

i just tried Payne Glasses for the frst time. i had a fairly mminor issue they were fantastic about trying to resolve it and ultimately made me a new pair. I could have imagined another company saying to was too minor to be a reason for a new pair. From now on I willl only use Payne Glasses

I bought a pair of glasses last year. They ended up getting broken. I contacted Payne and they fixed them even though it was past my warranty. Very good customer service. Highly recommend!
