This is the 3rd time I have ordered my glasses from Payne. Last time I ordered reading and sunglasses. The sunglasses didn't look right and I wasn't happy. Called Payne and easily was able to return and switch to a different pair. Think I only paid shipping! went to a retailer for my exam, that employee was amazed at what a good job Payne did with my rx and then lenses not being thick! So I keep coming back - happily!
