It would be 5 stars, but a couple features of the website didn't work; I wasn't able to virtually try on the glasses I picked because it wasn't available, but even on the couple others I looked at, where it was available, all I got was a black page. That could have been my browser and/or computer, but it was a little disappointing, regardless. Also, the checkout process wasn't as intuitive as it should've been. Those two, quite minor, issues aside, and this shopping experience has been amazing! Great selection of glasses, and the fact that I ordered a pair of prescription glasses, with blue light filtering, anti-smudge, and transition lenses for under $110, without using insurance, AND was able to pay with my HSA was absolutely brilliant!

I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses from Payne now because the price can't be beat! BUT today as I was shopping online the Pop-up floating FREE FRAMES advertisement was CONSTANTLY getting in the way and would NOT GO AWAY even clicking the "x" it would pop-up and disappear for a split second and return annoying as ever. Having the add on the right side of the screen is an obstruction to trying to do anything productive and increasing the time it would take to get my transaction completed.

Very Easy to use site. Very easy to work with costumer service when needed. I have purchased approximately 18 pairs of glasses. The first 3 were awful....but it WAS MY FAULT AS I PUT IN ONE WRONG NUMBER IN THE RX. The frames were also so too big. Again , my fault....as I wasn't familiar with how to use the site. They were AWESOME. THEY LET ME RETURN THEM and replace all 3 pair without any extra cost. Amazing site to work with. Gather reward points also for money off future purchases. Also, one free pair a year ( yes, it is truly free) as a member. Become a member by purchasing more glasses. For having neg 7.5 diopters and progressive lens......this is AWESOME to me!!! 5 stars.

Just navigating through the lens choice was not that simple. I think it should be an easier way to choose the reading glasses that you can wear all the time.

I love how easy it is to order and the variety of choices.
