I work 4 days a week
I work 4 days a week. At least 4 times a week Paylocity says I missed a punch. I DIDN'T!!! I punched! Trustpilot is asking for a date that this happened. Well, everyday that work.

Negative stars. I am losing my mind trying to get claims paid. No one and I mean no one can give me a straight answer. On Monday, they want this not that. On Tuesday, they want that not this. On Wednesday, they don't want anything. On Thursday, they want everything. On Friday, no one answers for hours so you don't know what they want or not. Will my HSA card pay for a stint in a mental hospital? Nope, probably not.

You cannot get ahold of anyone. My hold time was 42 minutes and I finally hung up. This was to their St. Louis office. You can send emails and they go unanswered.

Very poor customer support. I emailed for assistance but did not receive a response for several days, and I could not get support by phone either. It was extremely frustrating to be unable to reach anyone when I needed help. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend Paylocity.

From implementation through three years of use, we have continued to experience frequent glitches and payroll issues several times a week. Support response times are slow, and resolving problems often requires repeated follow-up. We also had to go through several account representatives before finding one who was competent, responsive, and did not have an attitude. For a payroll system, reliability, timely support, and professional service should be the minimum expectation.

Cannot log in. Did not get a "one-time pass code in 5 minutes" from email or text. No customer services whatsoever.

wait times for customer service are atrocious these days. they're another example of a company over-indexing on AI and infuriating customers in the meantime.
