The vendor (Lufthansa) was very confusing and unhelpful, resulting in errors on my part. The PayCargo representative was very easy to get a hold of, responsive, and was able to resolve the errors and set my payment right. I could tell the customer service rep took pride in his work, and I really appreciated that.

Ever since i started my business in Canada , since 2016 , and i got to know PayCargo and its fast an remarkable services, i am doing my business seamlessly and not worried about my freight charges payments or getting paid by my clients as by PayCargo, it is fast, secure and peace of mine. Paycargo was missing a powerful, proactive and customer-oriented contact in Canada and we recently found out Deniz Ozturk took over this region's responsibility. I met her once and found her quite trustworthy, knowledgeable in what she is doing, customer-oriented and helpful. Her services in such a short time completes the gap PayCargo had in Canada.
