Jessica Herrera was very professional and very helpful. I was logged out of our account with no access to get email from Pay Cargo, and she did everything possible and tried several ways for me to get an email and able to get a link so that I can log in and change the passwords.

Josean was excellent! He was extremely informative and very helpful quickly solving my dilemma on how to easily pay for a shipment in a very timely manner. You are lucky to have Josean on your Customer Experience Team! Big kudos to Josean. Thank you very much!

Right from the very start Deniz Ozturk made my whole set up and CS experience fantastic. She was very helpful and followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly; not to mention a complete pleasure to deal with!! While Deniz was great, I should also mention that the support staff were also super helpful with resetting the status of a payment and any other questions I have had. The Customer Service I received, tied together with a fantastic service! A+ in my books! This service makes my payments a breeze!! Super quick and easy to use - plus payments go in overnight! I was ALL vendors would use this platform! Again, I have nothing but great things to say about PayCargo and Deniz :) (I am a little late ... but...)

Very expensive to make payments (3.5%+a $15 fixed fee). This is not the ideal solution to process payment. Even paypal costs less than this stupid solution. Not revolutionary at all from the customer's standpoint. I can hardly call it a tech startup.

I was flying blind working with several shipping companies, the manufacturer and a frieght forwarder and used PayCargo for the first time with no issues or problems. Later, I chose to cancel my subscription due to our business model and even though I was technically no longer a customer, their staff was professional, customer focused and still guided me along the process. I would recommend them, and use them again if things change without a hesitation. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is customer focused and responsive.
