Aditya has been my go to guy for months now. He is very helpful in walking you through troubleshooting. I've had to have a few machines replaced, but he is always very punctual on shipping them out. Once I tell him they're stuck and broken with pictures, he immediately gets me a new one within the week(usually just a day or two).
