I help operate a fully licensed cannabis retail facility in CA. Working with Paybotic has given our shop confidence in accepting debit cards for payments. The point of banking/cashless ATM method is the compliant way to offer our members another form of payment - those sales tickets are typically +25% higher than our cash sales! I am thrilled with the customer service I have received from Paybotic's responsive support team. Previous providers would seemingly fall off the face of the planet when an issue would arise. Other service providers did not offer the options in terminals, nor did they provide the uninterrupted service we now receive with Paybotic. We have expanded from POS terminals in-store to using mobile terminals for our delivery service! Be Compliant - Be Happy - Use Paybotic

Rarely have issues but we do get support to fix problems when they occur.

Support is always there and does a great job of assisting us with any issues. Had little problems setting up and using this system, and it has worked very well for us.
