Customer Service = awesome! Great response times and a solution is always found. Accurate reporting and good dashboard capabilities. Easy to use on the retail floor, both wired and wireless terminals. We rarely have issues and if we do, they are resolved within 24 hours.

We have been using Paybotic's services for almost 2+ years and whenever we need technical help, hardware replacements, or general support they are timely and understand the effects on our business needs. Hardware shipments are always expedited and arrive quickly to minimize equipment downtime. Device service is reliable, and back end reporting is straightforward and easily accessible to verify transactions almost immediately.

The machines have been reliable. The service has been very good. The only issue is the fees. We pass them on to the consumer which pushes up our prices in a very competitive market.
