First of all, Chris was awesome to work with. Great customer service and very helpful. Our company previously used Payability when the fees were based on gross sales and had a negative experience with this. But it appears Payability has worked the kinks out with that. They now only take a fee on your net payout, and only when you take a payout. This is a huge improvement. We didn’t get the starting rate that we were hoping to get, but were told that with time we can review our account to get closer to our target fee. We’ll be happy to revise our review if we’re able to make progress by way of our fee for our payouts, but otherwise great experience. It seems like Payability has taken into account some of the previous problems related to the overall fee being taken out, and has worked to resolve that. Will make sure to update as we re-do our membership with Payability, but so far so good. And again, very happy with the customer service provided by Chris.

Coming to defend. I just read a review by a person that never was approved and just based the review on other bad reviews he/she had found. I’m with Payability since 2/22 and couldn’t have survived the Amazon spring rush this year without it. I purchase my inventory pretty much daily from local sources and have no credit accounts with any of them, also need to restock shipping supplies weekly. After I received the credit card supplied by Payability, no more need for money transfer. The numbers provided are at first a little confusing but eventually I caught on to it. A direct connection to quickbooks would be helpful and it took some doing to import the provided file exports. All in all I am a very happy customer, The daily cash flow is more real than last year’s biweekly Amazon’s money surges with inevitable disappointments when the outstanding bills became due.

Payability is benefiting small businesses with their service, the fees are not the best but it is hassle free access

Payability is a great team of people to have on your side as a entrepreneur. The company understands the needs of business owners, especially beginners. It’s not easy however payability resources help a great deal.

This company is a blessing for amazon sellers to grow their business, it will be really awesome if there is an automated process on the weekends and holidays. One thing is that Wells Fargo sometimes glitches a little. But overall the transactions are smooth. I will say the staff is A+++++++++ they are always working hard, polite, courteous and going out of way. I mostly deal with Michael Reiney, he is always There to help. Talked breifly to 2 other staff members they were also very helpful

I would do more transactions if the fee was 1% Easier to understand reporting will be appreciated. Thanks
