I think most of the 5 star reviews here are fake or incentivized. The only positive is that once you stop "working" with/for payability, you appreciate every penny you get directly from amazon AND learn to manage your finances on a normal bi-weekly schedule :) I gave it two stars because customer service was nice and worked quickly, but there were way too many stressful issues and the fees are not worth it in the end. They should integrate themselves more into amazon's portal and lower the fees because it's all automated.

I would advise you to avoid this company. Our experience was very bad. We found their instant access service to be like a bad drug -- it feels good at first -- then it starts to feel bad and you can't really understand what's going on and why it costs so much -- and when you finally try to quit it hurts a lot. Do yourself a favor and find another way to survive a few weeks until you get your payout. Edit: I was contacted by their management and received some encouraging responses and I now believe they really are trying to improve the service and communications. So perhaps it will get better in the future. There was huge gap between our expectations and what happened -- maybe they can improve that.

Watch your fees. Posted all over the website is information related to 2% fee being charged, but Payability double dips their fee charges, so no matter what you won't get ahead or even close to 2% fee rate. Lots of false advertising here. It's a real bummer because small businesses could really use the help right now, but lenders like Payability are taking advantage...

The problem was solved but no one ever contacted me to tell me it was resolved. I had to go on the website and find out for myself

I gave it a try in the early stages when everything wasn't quite as refined as it is now which is understandable but the real problem is I stopped using the service and obviously paid whatever I owed but they wanted to keep charging me afterwards and now my account say's suspended or something like that.

Signed up a couple weeks ago. Very nice to have the money coming in daily, launched 3 new products because of this. HOWEVER, they have been holding on to my reserve from Amazon for 8 days now. Do NOT keep their promises to call within an hour or whatever time they say they will call back to resolve this. Two times now have been promised a resolution the next day, and nothing. Next step will be attorney. Best to get a line of credit. Belong to a huge group of Amazon sellers. Too bad I will be sharing negative experience. Very bad to mess with client's money! Update: after several days this issue was resolved, they put money in my account and didn't charge fees. So far hasn't happened again.
