Contratamos y pagamos por adelantado un tour a las islas, con traslado confirmado a las 7:15, pero nunca nos recogieron. Nos enviaron un link de check-in que nunca funcionó desde ninguno de nuestros teléfonos. Intentamos llamar incontables veces y jamás nos atendieron. Además, su “oficina” solo atiende hasta el viernes, a pesar de que el tour era el lunes por la mañana. En otras palabras, desde el viernes hasta el lunes no hubo ninguna forma de contacto con la empresa. Lo más grave fue el trato de su representante, Inés, quien nos llamó recién al mediodía del lunes, cuando el tour debía salir a las 7:15. En esa llamada, en vez de darnos una solución, nos dijo directamente que no habría reembolso y llegó a decir que “ella no era nuestra madre y que nosotros teníamos que habernos responsabilizado”. Una falta total de respeto y profesionalismo. Después de haber viajado por Grecia durante siete días y haber tomado varios tours excelentes, este fue el único servicio desastroso: sin comunicación, sin atención al cliente y sin cumplir lo prometido. We booked and fully paid in advance for an islands tour, with a confirmed pick-up time at 7:15, but the transfer never showed up. They sent us a check-in link that never worked on any of our phones. We tried calling countless times and no one ever answered. On top of that, their “office hours” end on Friday, even though our tour was scheduled for Monday morning. This meant that from Friday until Monday morning there was no way to reach the company. The worst part was the behavior of their representative, Inés, who finally called us only at midday on Monday, when the tour was supposed to have left at 7:15. Instead of offering a solution, she told us there would be no refund and even said that “she was not our mother and that we should have been responsible ourselves.” This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After traveling around Greece for seven days and joining many excellent tours, this was the only disastrous experience: no communication, no customer support, and no service delivered. We strongly advise against booking with Tsokas Tours. It was a complete waste of time, money, and trust.
