Great customer service. My pups love the food--even my finicky Yorkie! He eats faster than I've ever seen. I love the fact that the ingredients are pure food and not a bunch of fillers and harmful additives.

pawTree Customer Service is the best of the best. Very fast contact, they always make things right and honor their 90 day satisfaction guarantee. I enjoy being a PetPro as well because while they do expect the Pros to promote their products, they do not tell them if they don't make a certain volume every month they are done. I run a rescue and we only feed their dry food. We also use their treats and wellness products as well as toys and human gear. Their quality is top of the line. pawTree is of the highest quality. As a rescue, we use commissions to help fund our rescue. Their training and sales support is second to none. Rescues often operate at a deficit and we are no exception. Their product prices are in line with the high quality items on the market but unlike those products, their products don't have fillers and are so nutrient dense, you feed less. We were on another product prior to pawTree that was high quality but slightly less expensive than pawTree. We were going through a 40 pound bag a month pretty much. Now our bags last much longer because they are so nutrient dense. I have been a petPro for a few years now, have fed to our rescue dogs and truly believe in these products. Highly recommend
