I love pawTree but did reduce a star because all of the communication in the beginning is overwhelming. I switched to pawTree because my dog is a geriatric dog and I want him to live as long as he can healthy and happy. I hated how much dog food has been recalled and knew that it was time to commit to this holistic company approach. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

Purchasing was great but disappointed with some of the dog seasonings. Not all of them are 12oz. The Italian, Mexican and Asian blends were around 3/4 full. Have ordered other seasonings and dog food with no issues and love everything, but these three items I won’t order again when I’m not getting a full container.

Love that I finally found a dog food without chicken (even by product)

We love the product but the cost is becoming prohibitive. The bag is smaller and the price is 2x as much so we can’t get through 30 days with only one bag. We have to order twice a month. Also shipping is super slow.

I was thrilled to get a whole new order send. It really impressed me that you would do that. However, my second shipment had leakage as well,

Orders are processed efficiently. Items are packaged and shipped well. Don’t let that the surprise me treats are either liver or chicken mango and no other flavors. We will be cancelling that.

Expensive but great food for our pets. It just takes a long time to get at times. Still waiting.
