The representative was awesome. Ordering was a breeze. I received the items pretty quickly. My dog, on the other hand, has not been impressed with the food that I ordered. LOL. She's a very picky eater and has a sensitive stomach. I left it in her bowl for 2 days and she refused to eat it. I finally mixed it with another food that she had been eating. She picked around it and finally ate it with the other.

Obviously, I like your products as I continue to purchase them. However, every time I order the joints support, it comes in a squashed and misshapen container. The hard plastic container, then sits on my counter all month and every time I see it, it irritates me again. it is not due to shipping as the shipping box is undamaged, it’s just the hard plastic container inside that is squashed. Likewise, when I purchase the probiotic, it comes in prepackaged capsules in a lightweight cardboard box. It is often, though not always, crushed box. For these high-end products, I expect more. Each time I see them sitting on my counter it irritates me again. Also, regarding shipping, my packages go from Texas to Kansas City before they come to me and Southwest missouri, Fair Grove. It takes 7 to 10 sometimes 14 days to reach me. Why not ship with FedEx or UPS, it’s much faster! Those are my thoughts as you ask me to send. I hope this is helpful to you and improving your service.

Food was suppose to arrive Friday and isn’t coming until Monday. Now dogs are without food because of the delay!

EZ ship is supposed to be free shipping, but I was still billed $20 for my order.

So I have a customer who still has not gotten her dog food she got her first bag in February the 2nd order of the freeze dry food she did not get I called and spoke to Jessica Jessica resent it to her address we did not get it we were finally able to get her mailbox check the package room there is not a package for her then I called and spoke to a gentleman I want to say his name was Josh but that may not be it he completely removed 3310 Vicksburg drive off of the profile and was supposed to send Norval Shaffer another bag to my address. I do not see where he ever resent it and I have since then received my cat food that was on backorder and my ear wash and ear dry not my treats they were supposed to be here today I was hoping the food would be here today April 13th but nothing was delivered.

I didn’t like that if I had ordered another treat pkg, I would have saved more -which would have almost paid for the treat pkg. my sponsor had to tell me!

Hi I would like a notice before a shipment is processed so I can decide whether I need that product shipped at that time or wait. Chewy does this and it’s great. Also your website is very hard to find where you can change date of delivery. Not very user friendly.
