Great Service! Quick, Easy and Reliable.
When I first moved to Berlin, I didn't know many people, but I needed to find someone to care for my cat while I was traveling. Pawshake was the perfect solution! I ended up finding the most amazing cat sitter, and I book her through Pawshake every time I travel. Not only is our sitter great, but the Pawshake portal makes booking and payment super quick and easy. I highly recommend Pawshake!

Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful - didn’t live up to their promises and left me stranded with my two dogs and I missed an overseas flight which then cost me $200 to change so I could find somewhere for my dogs. This cut my overseas holiday short as well and disrupted so many plans of so many people. I am now investigating and questioning whether they are even operating legally in Australia - no abn, no tax invoice provided when they took my money. Stay clear of this mob - there’s plenty of other great pet sitters out there as well as pet sitting companies and dog holiday resorts. Thumbs down big time on this circus they call pawshake.

Hi Karen, We were so sorry to hear about this misunderstanding between you and your sitter Tracy. We would have been happy to try and help you out with that. Pawshake obviously is operating legally in Australia (and every other country we are operating in), and we require our sitters to adhere to local regulations as well. If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know. Kind regards, Pawshake Support

Im a recent member with Pawshake. I had a big issue with my paypal account and bank etc. Daisy was a star and helped throughout the whole process, she just has the right attitude and I couldn't have managed without her. People like Daisy make Pawshake a great website. Thanks again and all the best.

Pawshake very helpful and honest company to work for.…
I have been working for 6 months with pawshake. I have found them very helpful and honest. I’m not so computer savvy, I have found this site one of the easiest pet sites to use. They have everything is written out, which makes replying to customers extremely easy and very pleasant. Cheers Deborah

Great to use!
Great to use! I use this as a pet sitter and it's fantastic! I am regularly getting contacted to look after pets. I'm paid in good time and all of the pets have been stars. The owners I have dealt with also have seemed happy with how pawshake works. Highly recommend!!

Happy kittehs <3 Pawshakes pet sitters…
My very friendly, animal-loving Pawshakes pet sitters have always been courteous, professional, and very careful to take perfect care of my cats. The student boyfriend/girlfriend team who love caring for animals, always give the cats their ideal food and a safe loving, playful home for a well-supervised extended kitty cat PJ party. Customer service has always been extraordinary (that one or two times I needed to cancel or change a reservation and get a refund). This service will make you feel secure about leaving your animal companions while you work or go on holiday!
