pawshake.comReviews of pawshake.com

They are a bit of a farce, we had a terrible sitter who left our dog from 10am to midnight. Complained and left a poor review for the sitter which never made it to the site for others to see. The sitter is still active. Of course they will all look great if the non 5 star reviews are censored. Its deceptive. Go elsewhere.

It's a easy app to use, work very well.

Pawshake has been a delight to work with. Set up of my profile was easy, communications with pet owners was smooth and booking efficient. After the sitting the transfer of money was quick and seamless.

A terrible organisation that does not follow it's own terms and conditions and does not pay it's sitters what they are owed. Pawshake admin only with to keep customers happy and 100% support them, not the sitters, who get treated like garbage. DO NOT use Pawshake - there are plenty of other platforms out there that don't treat their sitters like garbage.

It's a reliable website to find the most suitable pet sitter.

GOOD NEWS : I received explanations and apologies from Pawshake, it's all to their credit, I am giving them an extra star for that. I was very excited the first 4 months with Pawshake but everything went wrong when I had problems with a new feature. Because of that problem sent myself a "test" message and because of this test message Pawshake changed my status from Excellent (green) to Good (orange) and I became "unavailable" so my clients could no longer make reservations! Fortunately, a client informed me of the situation. I informed Pawshake but it took them 24 hours to put my status back to Excellent. I find it unacceptable that Pawshake changed my status without any notice. It's a lack of respect for me and my clients. I understand it is probably an algorithms that makes the decision to "punish" a sitter but Pawshake could at least advise the sitter of the situation.

wij zijn super tevreden over de oppas Wanda voor onze honden was het alsof ze haar al jaren kenden ze is er correct mee maar ook super lief wij gaan haar aan iedereen aanbevelen en wij contacteren haar zeker nogmaals

I'm a pet sitter on Pawshake since 2016 and I love it! I have already taken care of dozens of cats and some dogs, and I have never had any problems besides minor bugs in the app. I hope I can keep on using Pawshake in the next city I move to!
