I prefer get my dog taken care of with Pawshake in a sitters personal home instead of using a dog pension. Pawshake is a fine platform to find a dog sitter close to you, and they also covers things as insurance, and promise to help you with support if anything happens, which is pretty important to me. I will definitely use it again

Ich liebe Pawshake. Bin selber Tiersitterin und ebenso buche ich Tiersitter für meine 2 Kater über Pawshake. Bisher hat alles immer sehr gut geklappt, der Kundenservice ist auch sooo toll und beantwortet alle Fragen sehr zeitnah und zufriedenstellend. Außerdem habe ich neulich sogar eine ganz persönliche Karte von Pawshake bekommen, wo sie sich bei mir bedankt haben! Wo gibt es heute sowas noch? Ich bin einfach soooo froh, dass es Pawshake gibt! Denn so kann ich meinem Hobby, auf süße Kätzchen aufzupassen, regelmäßig nachgehen und bekomme sogar Geld dafür. Und wenn ich selber jemanden für meine Katzen brauche, dann finde ich über Pawshake immer den geeigneten Katzensitter. Ich bin zu 100 % zufrieden mit Pawshake und kann es besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Ein großes Dankeschön an das ganze Pawshake-Team, ihr seid einfach toll!! Ohne euch wäre ich aufgeschmissen, wenn ich mal verreisen möchte !!!! Vielen Dank, dass ihr so eine tolle App ins Leben gerufen habt.

Ich kann Isabell nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist sehr sympathisch und hat schon beim Kennenlernen einen gute Verbindung zu meinem Kater gehabt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief prima und meine Wohnung habe ich so vorgefunden wie ich sie verlassen habe. Isabell hat mich die ganze Zeit mit Bildern und kurzen Nachrichten auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Meinen beiden Katzen hat es die ganze Zeit an nichts gemangelt und sie wurden wunderbar versorgt. Toll! Sehr gerne wieder.

Had a pet sitter from Pawshake pet sit in our house, from December 19 2020 to Jan 8 2021, she didn't turn up for 3 days between new years eve and the 3rd Jan, left our cages and aviarys uncleaned for 3 weeks, dog urine fresh on the inside of the house, and also decided to contact RSPCA re the cleanliness of the cages, when they were cleaned before we left, and also about our dogs, one got put down due to massive weight loss and diabetes, RSPCA came out reviewed everything and were happy with how we do things, but they asked us to raise a complaint against our pet sitter, due to leaving the cages dirty for nearly 3 weeks, even thou she had 10 bags of sawdust to clean them with, so RSPCA are askant sitter why this is the case, as we have sent Pawshake photos of Cages and Aviays before we left, when we got back, and also once we had re cleaned, but Pawshake customer service dont reply, they look after and take there sitters side, not the customer, please dont use Pawshake they are dodgy and dont care about there customers, we will be using another platform, we received no updates via phone, or any photos via email, phone or the app, im extremely angry, so letting everyone know to dodge these guys and spend your money elsewhere, Pawshake guarantee is a load of rubbish. UPDATE Useless reply from Pawshake, RSPCA are in contact with pet sitter, as they are disgusted with the way the pet sitter, left the house and Aviarys and Cages, all were not cleaned, they have access to Photos they took and CCTV I have, Pawshake from reviews ive read dont look after the pet sitters or clients, ive contacted other pet sitters on the platform and they are not happy either.

The pet sitter I hired was professional, courteous, on-time and friendly. I was fully at ease leaving my pets in their care. Definitely will use Pawshake again.
