Great service my cat was very happy…
Great service my cat was very happy with Vicky daily updates so l knew he was OK can definitely recommend and will not hesitate to use again as l know my cat is in good hands

Excellent service
This is a secure, safe way to find great pet sitters. It really provided me peace of mind to know I didn’t have to put my cat through the stress of putting him in a cattery when I was on holiday. The person I found through Pawshake is really excellent- recommend anyone who needs this service uses Pawshake.

Angela was amazing
Angela was amazing, punctual, friendly and took great care of Jackson and Oliver. My mind was at rest when I went away for the weekend.

Unreliable and poor customer support!
Unreliable and poor customer support! Customer support tries to evade any liability for poor service provided by its pet sitter, fails to respond to concerns raised and agrees with negligent conduct. They claimed my pet was aggressive when CCTV record showed their sitter shouting at my pet unprovoked. After reporting them to Trading Standards, they suspended my account in vendetta. Then, deleted my review of the sitter on their website to cover up for her poor service. I would not wish any pet owner to go through using this pet unfriendly organisation. Think twice before handing your pet to Pawshake. Also, if you are UK based, their non-UK based customer support does not seem to be knowledgable of English law or customs. They also refused to provide a U.K. address.

Omdat ik zelf eerlijke beoordelingen belangrijk vind volgende toelichting. Zoë heeft een avond + nacht op onze hond van 7m gepast en dat is uitstekend verlopen. Aangename voorafgaandelijke kennismaking met zowel ons als onze hond. Netjes volgens de afspraken. Een fotootje tijdens de avond waaruit bleek dat ons hondje helemaal rustig en in zijn normale doen was, stelde ons echt gerust. We kunnen Zoë alleen maar aanbevelen en we zullen haar zeker nog terugzien bij een volgende gelegenheid!!
