Discovering during a booking that a dog is unvaccinated — after potentially exposing the sitter, their pets, or their friends and family — is not acceptable and places everyone at unnecessary risk. As an owner, you have a responsibility to provide all relevant information prior to the booking starting, so that the sitter can make informed decisions about care. Sitters are entitled to request this information at any stage if it has not been provided, and it is reasonable for them to seek clarification or additional details to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved.
