If Pawshake support and swift action was appreciated in the context of an awful experience (in Luxembourg), I would wish cat-sitters were screened by them. Apparently candidates are never met in person, their statements regarding pet-sitting competence are taken at face value, and they do not have to show proof of their honesty and/or professionalism. I am still "fighting" with Ms. Mika to get some money back for the damages caused by her. If I got a refund for the cat-sitting bad service, I have not received compensation for damages caused by the cat-sitters incompetence and irresponsibility. Ms Mika admitted never having read the instructions sent to her by email and printed out for her convenience. She also forgot my request and demonstration on how to make sure the door is properly closed, when we met before the cat-sitting started. Other people, and us, have used the freezer without any problem. Ms Mika did not even follow the simple instructions to water the plants only once, spending instead precious time watering them daily, and not paying attention to the cat and disregarding all instructions as regards the cat. Yes, I was refunded but it took some time for the money to arrive, and, more importantly, for Ms Mika to take the decent decision. I am still waiting for being compensated for other damages.

Wij waren op zoek naar een oppas met een hart. Onze Buddy was nog niet zo lang bij ons. Een rescue hond v Rusland. Hij was bang en onzeker maar bij Rian kwam hij tot rust. We zijn zeer tevreden en keren zeker terug! Buddy was gelukkig en dan kunnen wij met een gerust hart op vakantie. We werden ook dagelijks op de hoogte gehouden met foto’s en eerlijke info.

Wij hadden opnieuw een zeer positieve ervaring met Pawshake en zullen meteen opnieuw reserveren bij een volgende reis. Onze kattenoppas overtrof onze verwachtingen; eerste contact verliep zeer goed en er was ook een perfect match met onze kat.
