ik ben de eerste keer met Pawshake in contact gekomen, eigenlijk toevallig, daar ik een manier zocht om mijn poezen in hun eigen omgeving te laten,wanneer wij op vakantie zouden gaan. Je kan zelf kiezen met wie het beste zou klikken, iemand uit de buurt bv. Het meisje dat bij ons kwam stuurde zelfs foto's van de katjes op zodat wij gerust waren. Ben heel tevreden. Een aanrader.😉

Abwicklung über die Plattform sehr einfach, keine Probleme mit der Zahlung, Tiere und Haus wurden Bestens betreut,

I found Dianne through Pawshake - she was absolutely fantastic, did everything I asked for & more. Updates, photos & videos provided as promised, & most importantly of course, my cat Joseph (who doesn't really tend to take to people quickly...) seemed to love her, & I have come home from holiday to a very happy cat! I can't express the peace of mind I had on holiday knowing Dianne was looking after him. Very reasonable rates too, if you need a pet sitter - rest assured Dianne will treat your pet like her own, & I will definitely be asking her to look after my boy next time I go away. Thanks Dianne!

Sito facile da utilizzare, grazie al quale abbiamo conosciuto Ivana che è stata disponibile e il nostro cagnolino è stato benissimo con lei.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig einen Sitter für unsere beiden Katzen gesucht. Die Suche, Kontaktaufnahme wie auch die Bezahlung war unkompliziert. Wir waren mit der Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder gerne Pawshake.

Update 24/9- Still no reply despite using the link advised by Jack to send another email out 4 days ago. Very interesting customer service. Update 17/9 to Jack's reply- Hi Jack, I did email via the contact support team (same link as what you have provided below), also checked my junk email. Nothing from Pawshake. Would appreciate your assistance on this matter. Thank you! Review on 10/9- I am a sitter myself with Pawshake for the last 5/6 years. My account suddenly got locked out one random night. I only know about this when I was notified by a repeated client that she couldn't find me on the platform to book me for X'mas stay. I emailed the customer service 2 to 3 times without getting any reply for the whole week. I am in dilemma what's actually happened? Pawshake support were pretty good in the past (I had some pretty good dealing with a person called Sam), but lately it seems support for sitter is hardly there at all 😔
