Waste of time
I searched for a sitter for the dates I plan to be away 4 sitters were identified in the area One was not available for part of the time, but the other three were showing availability I contacted each of these three in turn and the response in all cases was that they were not available Using this site wasted days in my search for a sitter It is something that they need to address if they want people to have confidence in the site and your ability to provide solutions and a good service to customers I will not be in any rush back

Hi James, Thanks for your honest feedback, and I'm so sorry that you had this frustrating experience. We are continually improving features on the Pawshake website, including being able to match quickly with a pet sitter and managing sitter availability. Sitters who don't reply in a speedy manner are automatically unpublished from the website, however, we understand that we still have improvements to make to this process. Hopefully, we can fix this issue as improvements are made to our calendar and search feature, however, your feedback is very useful for us in knowing what to prioritise next. I truly enjoyed working with the…
I truly enjoyed working with the Pawshake system. It's making me consider becoming a sitter, now that I have retired. A very good application. The daily updates and pics of my happy pouch were priceless. He sitter was really caring and looked after our dog really well with regular updates.

Digitaal mee op vakantie.
Het was voor het eerst dat onze katten verzorgd werden door onbekenden en dat vond ik best moeilijk. Linda zou het eerste deel doen, Diane Marie het 2e deel. Na de kennismaking had ik er alle vertrouwen in. Deze dames hadden er duidelijk zin in. Ik kreeg elke dag een Whatsappje met een filmpje of een foto. Ik kon zien dat het goed met mijn katten ging, ze waren digitaal mee op vakantie. Echt fijn dat het zo kon.

Top website!
Ik ben zelf oppasser en maak al bijna een jaar gebruik van het platform. Het werkt super makkelijk en ik bouw steeds meer vaste klanten op die elke keer dat ze op vakantie gaan graag weer bij mij reserveren.
