Please be aware that if you use this…
Please be aware that if you use this service and your pet get hurt they will not pay for your vet bill . This is a letter to me about my claim It might take a while for us to investigate your claim, we need to reach out to your sitter and to your vet, and no, we haven't done this yet. You can't rely on us to pay for the operation, we can only check the claim and all invoices after they are paid, and possibly refund you accordingly. From what you reported, even if it's a bit hard to read through your words being fully honest, you are not sure on what happened and multiple pets were present at the sitter's home. Did you have a meet & greet at the sitter's place? Did she let you know she would have other pets other than Maggie Pawshake Support I just want to make it clear that the pet sitter was lovely this had nothing to do with her not taking good care of our pet I believe she did do everything possible to keep him comfortable but for me to know where and what and how he did it is ridiculous. Just to be clear my dog was fine with no injuries when arrived ..... Clearly they do care about the pets well-being🐶 My intentions for this review is yes to make sure everyone's clear on their guidelines that if they don't know where how and when is happened claim is questionable and that if we're to get a pay out it is only after you pay for the vet bill first . Once again I like to make it clear that the people that look after your pet are wonderful I have no problems with the service itself this is just something that is happened and I do not blame care at all . Just a bit of advice if you want to use a service make sure you have cover for your pet you don't want to be in a situation like me where you were unable to pay the vet Bill so therefore treatment can't go ahead and at the end of the day your pet does suffer . I really just want the best outcome for my puppy .

Hi Natasha, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. Just to clarify, Pawshake guarantees that we will activate our veterinary coverage for any pet injured during a booking. We are continuing to communicate with you about this issue via our customer support channel, and need some further details. From our correspondence with your pet sitter, your dog was under supervision throughout the entire booking, which was carried out without any incidents. Unfortunately, we can't pay for a vet bill in advance as we need to ensure the injury was indeed caused during the booking. However, if this is found to be the case, we will absolutely be able to activate our veterinary coverage. Please get in touch with us again via our customer support tickets so we can clarify what took place. Warm regards, Jack Pawshake support
