Great app to find all you need to take care of your pet

I loved working with Pawshake. I had very good experience, trustworthy, friendly, correct in every aspect. I’ll ask them again to take care of my little Più.

Helped me match with a lovely dog sitter at nearby at a reasonable rate

We found a wonderful catsitter who gave her all for our little cat. The service was great!

Unserious. Lots of potential dog walkers but no one that is available during hours that people actually work and need a dog walker. Inability of people to communicate in French. People unwilling to go outside their neighbourhood even though they put that on their profile. A complete waste of time. Furthermore, under French law, anyone who is a dog walker and is paid for such a service should be certified by the appropriate French authority. I have not come across one person who holds this qualification.

Schokkend onbetrouwbare website. Dierenoppassen kunnen gewoon een uur van tevoren afzeggen, waardoor je hele vakantie in het water valt. Pawshake heeft geen enkel mechanisme om dat te voorkómen. Bedrijf heeft ook geen kantoor in Nederland, enkel in de Verenigde Staten (zie 'privacy policy op hun website'), dus geen wonder dat je aan de goden bent overgeleverd.

Again no call from Pawshake only a reply here on trust pilot because I left a complaint…If that’s your reply to my dog having to stay in emergency care after an experience with Pawshake then that’s very clear what kind of “support” you offer as a company. Please don’t give these useless gaslighting comments about what I think I thought. Instead take responsibility and chose some real dog sitters who knows that raisins are toxic foods for dogs.
