pawshake.comReviews of pawshake.com

As a Sitter I've had a horrific experience! A Dog that was boarding with myself became ill. I contacted the Owners and said I'd take her to the Vets which naturally was fine as they love their Dog. On contacting Pawshake I received a very delayed response from a Guy called Sam. Then as time went on I emailed the so called support and got informed I was being aggressive. They clearly are just taking the money and the support doesn't exist. Utterly useless. Also I requested to see Pawshakes insurance details. A guy named George told me they don't have Vet Insurance! Also I will no doubt receive a response to my review indicating they have a procedure for claims. They don't. All rubbish. No pictures either of the so called Pawshake team. Interesting that I was suspended. I'd already removed myself from this horrendous platform Please do not book these horrific People in the future within the UK.

Betrouwbare service, userfriendly.

Pawshake is a lifesaving service for pet owners. I've used several cat sitters over the last few years and was never disappointed with the service received. Cat sitters are reviewed and background checked. They are recommended based on your location and their availability. When the sitter looks after your pet, you get daily updates with photos, so you can keep enjoying your holiday with a peace of mind they're being looked after.

A fantastic group. I highly recommend Pawshake
