Kaikki toimi lemmikinhoitajan kanssa hyvin. Alkututustumisesta viimeisen päivän hoitoon saakka. Käytettiin kotivahti palvelua ensimmäistä kertaa ja se on todella toimiva konsepti. Tätä konseptia kokonaisuudessaan kannattaa mainostaa enemmän. Tämä oli meille vieras ja sattumalta löydettiin Googlaamalla. Palvelu oli hyvä ja kaikenlisäksi erittäin halpa.

Great idea! Money saver! Life saver

I have previously used a kennel and found that he just wasn’t suited to that sort of environment where they don’t get one on one attention. I found Pawshake and matched him up with the best dog sitter you could ask for. He loved his time there, received loads of cuddles and she even let him sleep on her bed. After comparing the two experiences I would definitely use Pawshake again.

Never had a bad experience after several years of hiring cat sitters through Pawshake. I will gladly use them again in the future.

Correct en transparante communicatie

I knew my sitter had joined Pawshake but had trouble finding her. Kept getting “no sitters found”. Possibly an error on her part trying to set up her profile, but that is on you as well. Then the way home visits were set up (again, maybe her error) I couldn’t set up one evening, one morning and evening, and one morning in one booking. Had to make separate bookings. I wanted to give a tip because the service was great and it’s Christmas, but you didn’t have a way to do that. My experience on Rover has been much smoother, so my expectations were high. . I hope the kinks get worked out.
