Susann was excellent in her care for…
Susann was excellent in her care for Arnold and provided pictures over the phone whilst we were away. Very happy with service. Pawshake enabled us to find Sussan as a local service provider. Without that we would have been unlikely to find her service.

Yu take care of Muffin very well
Yu take care of Muffin very well. Muffin looks happy when came home. He brush him everyday as I asked to do. His hair was smooth and soft. He was looking neat and tidy.

Works a treat.
It's almost a rare things when an app and service do exactly what you signed them up for, but that that is exactly how our experience with Pawshake has worked. It gives us seamless peace of mind that we can keep our cats well and safely cared for when we need to be away.

Ash was amazing
Ash was amazing With my dogs Very kind loving and caring ! My dogs who are a bit skittish with strangers loved her :) I had full trust in her during my weeks holiday down south . She also sent me update photos during her stay ;)

Impossible d'annuler des demandes…
Impossible d'annuler des demandes auprès des petsitters, ceux-ci restent affichés dans le tableau de bord, assez pénible.

En effet, lorsqu'une demande de réservation a un statut "Pas encore réservée" il n'est pas possible de l'annuler, car, n'étant pas confirmée, elle ne comporte aucune obligation pour l'une ou l'autre des parties. Il ne s'agit, à ce moment-là, que d'une simple conversation. Sachez, cependant, que vous pouvez "archiver" la demande pour ne plus l'avoir dans votre tableau de bord. A very reliable service
Our experience with Pawshake service and with our dog sitters was perfect and we were very pleased . I only put 4 stars as I find the app tricky to navigate and not very user friendly. But that’s only technicality; overall a great experience and I highly recommend Pawshake

Was a great alternative to putting my pet in a cattery. Pawshake staff were wonderful and I'd recommend to anyone. I would definitely use Pawshake again when I next go on holiday.
