This was a first for me - online pet purchasing, sight unseen, except for a few puppy pictures. I was very skeptical and wary, but the Trustpilot ratings helped get me over the hurdle. My experience with Pawrade was absolutely Pawsome! Communication was wonderful every step of the way. Questions were answered in a reasonable amount of time (either immediately or by next morning). When I changed my transportation option, they took care of switching the arrangements, no questions asked The Pampered Ground delivery was well worth the cost, and the drivers were wonderful, with updates and timely delivery. Even my husband was impressed with the entire experience! I would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend Pawrade to others looking for a new furbaby.

Everything was professional and on time. They explained process completely. Decided to have my puppy driven from Missouri instead of flying (too cold in cargo area). She arrived on time and as cuddly as I hoped for.

I enjoyed the efficiency of the company. I liked that it kept me informed about everthing that was happening throughout the process. IGot information about what I needed to do. What i needed when my puppy arrived and much more It was a great experience!

Pawrade helped guide me step-by-step through the process of adopting my beautiful Italian Greyhound, Adrienne. They kept in close touch throughout the entire process, (a few phone calls, but mostly texts): planning, pre-arival checklist, vet appointment (before receiving & 72 hrs after receiving, answering any questions, hooking me up with 30 days of insurance, post-arival checklist. The breeder of this gorgeous babe, Rich & Michelle of Fischer Link Development were amazing. In addition to Adrienne 's paperwork the breeder provided me with so many extras. They gave me with toys, Adrienne's bed, harness, a blanket, food, supplements, walked me through her food regimen, pig ears, words she knows. To my absolut amazement this beutiful Itiaian Greyhound has tolieted outside, a huge feat for the breed! At 4 months on the first day with me. she knows so many words, will wait, fetch a ball, sit, and is just the most lovable and affectionate little being. She has my heart 💯.
