I'm very happy with Pawrade
I'm very happy with Pawrade. They communicated every step of the way. I only gave 4 stars due to some of the terms of the contract (vet, food, etc). I do understand, they want the very best for the puppies. I love my puppy. I fell in love with her immediately.

Hey Lisa, thank you for choosing Pawrade to help you adopt the perfect pup for you. At Pawrade, the pups come first, and many of the details of our contract reflect that. Requirements for food, vets, etc, are to ensure the pup has the best chance at a happy and healthy life. Though they may seem a bit "picky", it is what's best for the pup.

I would have given 5 stars but I feel I may have been mislead about the no puppy mill pledge doing research after we received breeder info when our puppy was delivered shows that they may in fact be a puppy mill, plus puppy was not up to date on vaccines like advertised.

Hey Jean, Thank you for choosing Pawrade. All of our breeders are carefully vetted before we allow them into our program. We make sure they are fully licensed and inspected and have no history of complaints. Beware of websites by animal rights activists that unfairly slander breeders because they believe breeders should not even exist. All of our pups are fully vaccinated in accordance with the state in which they are bred. If by some chance a vaccination was missed, we will cover the cost. Also, keep in mind that your state requirements may differ from the state where the pup was bred. While starting vaccines, weeks before, the breeder wouldn't know what state the pup may be going to.

My experience started with pawrade…
My experience started with pawrade beginning 06/24/25 buying a shitzu puppy received him finally on 07/23/25. Communication could have been clearer with when puppy would be delivered and day and time. Would be nice to know who breeder is don’t know why top secret. But puppy is great. Guarantee is difficult when only 72 hrs and you can’t get into your vet for couple of weeks so don’t think fear if you can’t bring to a walk in at pet co that has a vet there that does wellness visits. Overall Pawrade was a decent experience just wish more communication to make you feel more at ease.

Pros and cons
I love my little princess. The area I think you could improve in would be communication. I would like to see the breeder send a note, telling you what time they fed the puppy, how and where did they spend most of their time, inside or outside. How much food were they fed. Any problems sleeping. Plus when the puppy is dropped off, the nanny, driver needs to tell you how the puppy did traveling, when was their last meal given.

Our transporters allow the pups to free feed while traveling so that they have the best chance of eating and drinking properly while in transit. Thank you for the kind words and best wishes.

Communication is key
Everything was great until the travel arrangements set up failed and Noone alerted me they were not happening until I reached out. No notification of any changes and it took an additional 2 days to get her on a flight.
