So it started off great. We had a great lady we were working with through pawrade. She helped us so much. However, once we submitted payment the communication lacked so much I thought it was fraud. Finally after days got in touch with someone and they basically told me I wasn’t answering their calls. Why would I pay 2800 to ignore someone? Anyway, moving on. After getting in touch with someone it the communication lacked and I had no idea what I was doing up until about a day scheduled to get my dog. Finally got that settled and let’s talk about the breeder and how terrible of an experience it was. We showed up and everyone was so angry and grumpy. Never again will I go there. This was my first time ever doing something like this so I was already nervous and unsure. Now for the main event. Our dog came out looking like he hasn’t bathed since the day he was born and he looked nothing like the pictures that were shown. Never cut his hair. He couldn’t even see. He looked flat out homeless. Nonetheless, I won’t be using pawrade anymore. Overall though it worked out and we are so happy with our little MJ

I bought a Beagle Puppy on Pawrade and everything went well. I was really happy until I took her to the vet and this particular vet did a more thorough exam. She has been a veterinarian for 23 years. She looked at my Beagle Puppies teeth and told me that she was at least two months older than I thought. She showed me her upper canines and told me they would not not be fully grown in if she was 4 months old the age her birth certificate said that I received and the age the Breeder as well as Pawrade advertised her as being. I was upset and grateful I found out because I had to have her spayed sooner and I wouldn’t have know that. I called Pawrade and told them and was promised a phone call back the following week after they spoke to the Breeder Jenifer and Pawrade told Me they prided themselves on making sure that the Breeders they used had all their certificates and information in line to assure something like this did not happen. I never received the phone call back the following week from Pawrade! My Beagle is very petite for her age and teeth don’t lie. I can see how they were able to get away with this. It really makes me skeptical to buy another Beagle from them. They were so helpful when I was buying her, but the when this problem occurred they went MIA. I am not happy at this result from them. They need to deal with the bad and the good . Not just ignore a customer that gave them the money for the dog and then ignore them afterwards. I have the Vet’s Notes that she wrote up for me that states my puppy is at Least two months older if not even older than that.

Everyone was very nice and professional. some information did not come in a timely manner, which is the reason for 3 stars. we are very happy with our new puppy. she is a healthy and happy puppy and seems to have been well cared for. Breeders seemed to be very nice people. I would use this service again.

My puppy arrived with Kennel Cough dx on wellness check that led to pneumonia in 3 days and close to $900 in immediate vet bills. He is now improving. But also had giardia. There must be a sanitation issue in your transport. I did notify the breeder so she can check her other pups and sire and dam..

Was referred by a coworker who had acquired a dog happily via Pawrade. Everything went well except for the actual communication around delivery. I had a 5 hour drive to the arranged Saturday pickup point and did not get contact information to even confirm the pickup until after the time I'd informed my point person from Pawrade I had to depart to make the pickup time. I tried to get it at 2:30 pm the day before (Friday) only to be told I'd be contacted after the puppy's 4 pm vet appointment. Not true - no contact, I called all numbers provided and put messages in the app, but as it was a Friday evening / Saturday morning and not during standard business hours there was no contact. I finally received the breeders phone number and was told it was my responsibility to contact them a hour after my intended departure time Saturday morning. Stressful to say the least, but successfully worked out and happy with my puppy.

I didn't find the platform very usable. The location of the breeder was not shared, making it difficult to filter (living on the East coast I would not logistically be able to adopt a dog on the West coast). Communication was also challenging - I had many questions for the breeder but had to go through a third party and often my questions were not answered fully and required follow-up, which took a very long time. I ultimately felt very uncomfortable using this site as it seemed like a lot of important information was being hidden.

The dog I received is not the same dog that's in the pictures! My mistake. I didn't realize a puppies ears can stand up and then droop the next day.

I disliked the fact that two different people told me 2 different things about the breeder getting 2 vet checks on the puppy before travel. When I received the puppy and took the puppy to my vet, he found that she had a really bad yeast infection in both ears and she had round worms and coccidia, she also had diarrhea...the vet said it was from the worms. She also had a serious head tilt that her was concerned about, hoping that they ear infections being treated would clear that up. I will never get another pet from this company. Also the person I first talked to said he had past experience with the breeder then one of the guys that delivered her told me they had never picked up from that breeder before and the manager told me that she had never dealt with that breeder either. I felt like people were just trying to tell me things to appease me!
