Those personal touches made the experience feel transparent and deeply reassuring. The delivery service was absolutely impeccable. Roger was safely transported all the way from Missouri, and we were able to follow the journey in real time through Life360, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. The drivers stayed in contact with updates and texts along the way, making the entire process feel personal, organized, and caring. It was clear that everyone involved genuinely cares about the puppies and the families they are going to. Bringing Roger home was a joyful and seamless experience, and we are so grateful for the professionalism, communication, and kindness shown to us throughout.
