Thank you for your honest review. While we strive for excellent customer service, we also have a Puppy-First approach that we must adhere to, and understand that any puppy that must be treated before leaving can cause a lot of anxiety in their new puppy parents. We are sorry for the delay that this caused however it was for the betterment of the puppy. Please know that even though the communications provided during this time may have not been the outcome you were looking for, they were provided as timely as possible and we did as much as we could during that interval to keep you updated and abreast of the situation. As well, we did accommodate additional photos and videos (although we know that is not the same as holding your sweet Chloe). We are very happy that she is home with you now and thriving. We are wishing you many happy adventures with her and lots of that puppy love. Pawrade Team

Thank you so much for alerting us about your experience with a 3rd party transporter. We wish you would have considered rating Pawrade's service on our TrustPilot page versus the transport company's level of service. We hold our transport partners to a high standard and this is absolutely unacceptable. In all transparency we had an issue with one particular USDA licensed transporter the last couple of days causing us to BAN THEM from our network. Please reach out to our claims department and we'll absolutely seek reimbursement of flea treatment from the transporter on your behalf. This is also not an indication of your breeder or anything related to Pawrade other than the fact a transporter started operating at a poor level. On a side note, we hope Sadie will bring you endless puppy kisses for a long time coming.

William, We are very sorry to hear that there are some health issues with your new pup. We and our partner breeders make every possible effort to ensure every puppy arrives happy and healthy, that's the core of our puppy first approach. Sadly, despite our best efforts sometimes there are minor issues that are very common with puppies that can occur. Your pup was diagnosed with Giardia, a parasite that is very common and easily treated. Because of the frequency of Giardia in puppies we specifically address it in our Health Guarantee as well as in our written and phone communication with all our buyers. We discuss the signs and symptoms to be aware of, prevention tips, and treatment practices. A health guarantee claim was opened for you and you will be reimbursed for the treatment of Giardia. In the unlikely event that your pup requires a second round of medication that would be a claim under the MetLife health insurance that was provided for the first 30 days at no cost to you. We also contacted your breeder for any feedback on the small wound on your pups ear. The breeder said they were not aware of an issue with the pup's ear but that it is very common for a litter of pups to play and roughhouse and to give each other small scratches and such due to their nails and teeth being so sharp at that young age. We also understand that your vet made the same assessment that it was most likely the result of play with another pup. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us here at Pawrade. We are truly sorry that your pup has required a bit of extra attention and care. We know it can be a bit disappointing. But we are sure your pup will quickly be past this and you will enjoy a long and happy future with your new family member.

Hello Rochelle, Parent pictures may be provided upon inquiry. We do not have any record that you requested parent pictures. We are sorry if you were expecting this but unfortunately we weren’t made aware. Pups do not come fully trained, some pups may be more more advanced than others. Puppies are work but absolutely provide endless love and joy. We will be happy to support you with our Health Guarantee and Pet Insurance to eliminate any parasites. We educate each and every customer and you should have been made aware, that a puppy’s immune system is not fully developed and requires de-worming as normal, regular puppy protocol. You will continue to administer de-wormers as normal protocol. Pups may acquire parasites literally anywhere and everywhere. This is not an indication of poor breeding or anything other than the puppy being alive and exposed to the environment and life.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in our delivery process. Delivering a puppy across the country is a very fluid process and we try to educate our new puppy parents that delays sometimes happen. Unfortunately, in your case, your puppy was delayed due to the transport vehicle having mechanical issues. I understand you expected a phone call sooner, but their top priority was ensuring the driver's and the puppy's safety while also looking for a repair shop to fix the vehicle. In speaking with you post delivery, you mentioned the delays actually helped you because now your vet visit which was originally outside of the 72 hour timeframe was now inside that timeframe. While this wasn't ideal, it appears it worked out with regards to your vet appointment. We were happy to know Hailey arrived happy & healthy which is our primary concern.
