We are so excited to have Luke join our family. The customer service at Pawrade has been amazing as we have had a lot of questions regarding our new puppy and all the staff from the beginning has been nothing but helpful even when I felt like I was asking a lot of questions. They assured me that it was okay from the breeder, cost, finance, and general puppy care questions. Thank you Pawrade for helping my family. Luke fits right in as though he was always here.

The best and cutest puppies. A little spendy, but worth every cent. We adore this puppy almost more than my teenaged kids. Lol, but on an honest note, I'll definitely consider adopting again from Pawrade. We are so in love! This is our first experience with Pawrade and highly recommend its use to anyone wanting a pet of a particular breed. From the moment we chose our little Darlin' and called Beth (our puppy concierge), all the way through the travel arrangements and planning with Shannon (our pet Travel Planner), communication was easy and timely. It was Kaycee though, (our dedicated Account Manager), who was most helpful in calming MY anxieties, assuring me every step of the way. Thank you ALL!

Everything went pretty smoothly. I got a Sweet, beautiful, crazy little baby and was not scammed in the process. My sound strange as a review but I was scammed by another prior to Auggie joining. Not only lost money but heartbroken. The whole process was secure and honest.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Pawrade. Once we picked our pup, it was smooth sailing after that. Devlyn even set up a facetime with us & the breeder so we could meet our girl in the first couple of days! Kayce stayed in direct communication with us throughout the entire process & helped us understand each step. Kayce sent us pictures when we were feeling a little impatient about her getting here. We were so grateful & it helped the time to pass!! Her travel companion kept us updated with pictures as she made her way here as well! We re so incredibly happy with our entire experience start to finish.

Outstanding service! Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had been looking for a while and stumbled upon Pawrade and was impressed. From start to finish I had complete trust in them. I now have an adorable red/white Boston that has been with me for 3 days and is perfect. Thank you Pawrade for being the best!
