All of my concierges ( and I had severa) with Paw rade were wonderful. They were so kind and loving. You can tell they love their jobs!

Pawrade's Customer Liasons. I was extremely impressed by Tina Bailey, who served as my customer service liason. She was extremely attentive and very responsive to any questions I had. She went out of her way and seemed to genuinely care about the puppy's well being even after everytyhing was completed.

We are so thankful to Pawrade to helping us find a perfect bundle of fur to join our family. They were great and we are so happy with our little puppy! One area to improve upon is their communication process once the pet has been purchased. They were a little impersonal and the conversation was one-directional. But you can definitely see their priority in creating an environment that is safe for the puppy which is what drew us to them to begin with!

I have my new baby and has already falling completely inlove with her. Thanks for being a place to being new fur-babies together with their new owners!

I appreciated this service as my puppy was delivered 10 hours ahead of the schedule. My puppy has adjusted so very well and quickly to her new home and in our hearts. I would be very happy to use this and recommend this service to others.
