Pawrade staff did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Expectations were clear, both in writing as well as followed up by phone calls. I appreciated the team ensuring via the interview process that we were ready for a puppy in our household. After we'd chosen the puppy, Devlyn called to let us know that the gender was different than on the website and after we finished laughing, all was well. The drivers who delivered the puppy were kind and texted me an hour before arrival to let me know the timeframe when they would arrive. The GPS system ensured that I had an idea of when they would arrive in general. The puppy adjusted well to our household quickly and was obviously well socialized. Thank you for a great operational set of processes. We recommended Pawrade to a friend yesterday.

Having sent this review in several days ago, I will attempt it again. PAWRADE has been such an inspiration to both my wife and I in our purchase of Twinkie. It was a great experience, my puppy is everything I hoped for, and more importantly the peace of mind that it wasn't a scam made everything better. The people were helpful and quickly got back to me with anything j needed. Would 10 out of 10 use again.

Great communication with the coordinators and travel liason. Process was easy and they stayed in touch the whole time. Puppy is in great health and has a wonderful temperament.

We just received our fur baby, she is a sweetheart. This is our first experience buying a dog, we have adopted some from friends before. So this experience was new to us, however it was great! I had a lot of questions and they were prompt, courtesy and extremely helpful. Everything they explained to us, is what happened. We highly recommend their services! The GPS to track our puppies travel to us over the 4 day trip, was fun for our family, we knew exactly where she was the entire time. My daughter said it was like tracking Santa to our house and she is our gift!
