Hey Kate, We are not sure if you are intentionally posting false information to promote another company but in any case this is shameful. There are absolutely ZERO hidden fees at Pawrade. None. Every charge is clearly displayed on your invoice at checkout before purchase. Our breeder partners may also promote thier pups elsewhere. The most important thing is to find pups a new loving home as quickly as possible. Thats what is most important to us. So yes, you may see the same pup listed elsewhere. We dont believe in exclusivity for the sake of profit.

Our flight nanny service typically does fly on standby so that we can provide the service at a reasonable rate for our customers. This rarely causes and issue. Buying specific tickets on short notice to get a pup home quickly is very expensive. We can do that if a customer specifically asks for it but it is usually far more expensive and cost prohibitive.

Hey Mickey, You are right that initially taking a pup from its original home can be stressful for them. Some adapt very quickly and some require a bit more time and attention. There really is no way to know. We are so sorry to hear that she reacted so badly to your son on his bike. Thank you for being so dilligent in your efforts to get her back home to you. We also do apologize for the honest mistake of the missed microchip. Please be sure to submit your vet documents to [email protected] and we will be sure to get you reimbursed for any costs.

Hey Robert, We are so happy that we were able to help you adopt the perfect pup for you. It is also great to hear that the pup arrived safe and sound and in perfect health. A big part of this is because we have amazing transportation partners. They work as a team so that the delivery vehicle is moving 24/7 to get all our pups to their new homes as quickly as possible. Occasionally this means a pup may be delivered at an odd hour. The delivery team can not wait for hours to make a delivery at a more convenient time for one pup and extend the delivery time for the other pups. There really is no fine print. This is all clearly outlined in a few bullet points in the Transportation Work Order that you signed. But we do sincerely apologize that the delivery time was stressful for you and wish that there was a way to never have to do that. Hey Joseph, We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your pups cleanliness upon arrival. We do advise all our clients to expect their new furry family member will need a bath once they are home with you. We have also reached out to your breeder to ensure they address any deficiencies there may have been.
