We were looking for a pug puppy in our area when we came across Pawrade. We found the website when we Google’d “pug puppy in our area.” We were able to discover a puppy located over 1,000 miles away that was perfect. Beth called us and answered all of our questions, we paid using the Petpay system, and our pup was in our arms about a week and a half later. They had a nice delivery system by Mark and Melissa Williams Puppy Delivery in a climate-controlled van, and we were able to track the van the entire time through the Life 360 app. They kept very good communication with us and had records on when our puppy was fed and how many bathroom breaks he received during his two-day journey across the country. Our pug Sarge (renamed Chubbs by my daughter) was treated like a passenger, not like cargo. The breeder made sure he had a check-up before he left the Pug Ranch, and the Williams brought us all paperwork that we need to bring to our local vet. Also, the price through Pawrade includes a health insurance and other guarantees in case anything happens to our little guy. My daughter has been obsessed with pugs for almost 3 years and Pawrade helped us give her the “best birthday ever.” We will absolutely use them again if we are in the market for another addition

Great experience, very in depth and be ready to respond to emails and texts and phone calls. After being scammed a few days prior with a private buyer, using a trusted third party made it very easy! Highly recommend air cargo!

I'm glad I used Pawrade, I was almost scammed once when I tried to purchase a puppy on my own so when I saw that Pawrade had an A+ rating with the better business bureau I tried them and so thankful I did because I now have Blaze (formally Go-Go) who I just love to pieces. I couldn't pick my dog up until two weeks after I purchased him and Sarah kept in touch with me until I picked him up! Thank you to Sarah and the rest of Pawrade for making this an easy, peaceful, and wonderful experience.

The Life360 app that followed the progress from breeder to my home was great. The fact that PetPay worked with the breeders and Williams delivery mad the process so much easier. Dealing with companies over the Internet is very stressful and PetPay made it so much easier. Our puppy is perfect in everyway and my wife loves this dog beyond measure. You couldn't do better than deal with Petpay.

Every person from start to finish made our adoption so easy. The communication/updates on the pups as they traveled was wonderful. Pawrade cares so much. Travel with a nanny went smoothly and he arrived has shown absolutely no effects from him long trip to our home. He is happy and healthy. Thanks for all you do!!!
