My experience with Pawrade itself was great. They have a good selection of dogs,make transport from one state to another easy to arrange, and my dog is just adorable,I got a bouncy, sweet tempered Springerdoodle. The True Grit transport company was not as stellar. There were many delays and I did not receive my dog until 11:30 at night on Jan. 3 when he was promised for the 29th of December. There were valid reasons for some of the days but they dropped the ball on communicating to me and I had to initiate inquiry as to where my dog was

We were in search for a Bernese Mountain Dog which are really hard to find in Florida. After having gone to a regular pet store and seeing a very hyper dog with a price tag that we couldn't fathom, we decided to take a chance and call Pawrade. We spoke with a representative that answered all of our uncertainies of buying a dog online. That very day we took a chance and within a week we had our beautiful girl at home with us. Thank you Pawrade.

10/10 Would definitely do this again. From start to finish, everyone involved was patient, kind and information. Getting my baby home was easy. I felt bad for the poor carrier as she delivered Chelsia, now Mila, in New Year's Day, but she too was amazing.

From the onset, Pawrade was professional and always available for answers to questions, advice, information and even encouragement. They also genuinely care for whether their puppies get into the right hands and homes. They are available online and by phone or text. We fell in love with LeRoy from the time we met him (so much so that we kept the name) and Pawrade professionals made our dream come true. He is everything we expected and more.

This is our second puppy from pawrade, and we're overall pleased again. Ranger is absolutely the best puppy and by far the most stunning dog we have ever seen. Working with Beth again made choosing ranger incredibly easy, and her patience with me while I convinced my husband to let us get another puppy was incredible. She continously talked to the breeder and kept her informed, and the breeder was incredible as well. They worked with us on price, and even chose us when another family was trying to reserve ranger at the exact same time as us. My heart would have broke into a million peices if we lost him. Flying ranger was frustrating with the weather delays, but it was definitely worth it. I would recommend pawrade to everyone.
