I was apprehensive because buying a puppy isn’t like it used to be however the kind puppy concierge was helpful with info on my puppy and walked me patiently through the process. Once we found our new puppy it was love at first sight. I have never used a concierge service to adopt a puppy and was initially weary of the process. Pawrade was very proactive in ensuring we had detailed information regarding the adoption process. I would highly recommend Pawrade to family and friends. We love our furbaby!! I have been interested in getting a new companion for my family for a few months. After looking at puppies from local pet stores, and other websites, I decided to go with Pawrade. Pawrade’s website was easy to navigate, and they had a huge selection of breeds to choose from. Also while looking, I noticed they had puppies from a few weeks old, all the way to a few months old. I think this is great since people might not a young puppy, but maybe a more mature pup. After selecting multiple puppies that I liked, messaging the Pawrade sales rep. was very easy. They were able to answer any and all questions I had. If they didn’t know the answer to a question, they would then reach out to the breeder who listed the pup. After bothering (they had no issues with me bothering them with questions :D) the sales rep. with questions about multiple puppies, I have finally made my choice to adopt Calvin, a 7 week old Newfypoo from Missouri. The price tag on Calvin was $3,096.32. This price was including his flight home. Me being an investigator, and also a bit skeptical about their “No Puppymill Promise”, I decided to do some research on where Calvin came from. After a few minutes of Google searching, “NewfyPoo Breeder in Missouri”, I located Calvin’s breeder. I was pleased with the breeder after researching as they had a great facility and wonderful customer reviews. On the breeders direct website, they were only asking $1,600.00 for Calvin’s brothers and sisters, compared to Pawrade’s more hefty price which was nearly double. I then compared what it would be like purchasing directly from the breeder, compared to Pawrade. Purchasing the puppy from Pawrade I would get a health guarantee, a free Metlife Insurance trial for the puppy, a secure way to purchase my puppy, financing, great customer service, and someone to do all the footwork for me (flight scheduling, contacting, etc.). I’m sure I would not get this if I purchased directly from the breeder. I then placed my deposit on Calvin, and decided to use one of Pawrade’s preferred finance companies, which was very easy to do. The process was a breeze. I had to provide little documentation to Pawrade to prove that I am who I say I am, as well as sign a few contacts. Someone was always there every step of the way, and continued to answer questions that came up during the process. Once all was said and done I got to choose which airport Calvin flew into. Due to Calvin only being 7 weeks old at the time of purchase, I did have to wait a week as puppies can only leave the breeder at 8 weeks old. Once the day finally came we were so excited! We got to the airport and there was our baby boy Calvin! Calvin was shipped in a nice crate with a food and water dish. We were surprised with how clean Calvin was after his long flight! Calvin was perfect and is perfectly healthy! The day after we picked Calvin up we brought him to the vet for his checkup. The doctor was really surprised by how healthy and alert Calvin was, especially for flying. It is now a week that we have Calvin and he is still doing great! He is very lovable and friendly and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. Would I do it again? ABSOLUTELY! Yes you are paying a premium for a puppy, but Pawrade does a great job making sure you are getting the BEST puppy for the money, and they do all the work for you! Being I never ordered a puppy online, or never even thought I would have, I would most definitely do it again with Pawrade! THANK YOU!!!

Very easy process. There was someone in touch with me weekly or daily depending on what information was needed. The puppy is very healthy.
