We recenlty purchased a little Cavapoo, he was delivered by the puppy concierge and in great health. You could tell that the team had a passion for what they did, they were caring and friendly. They kept us informed of the anticipated timeframe throughout until Atlas arrived. There are a couple of things that the company could work on: It can be a little bit challenging reaching a member of the Support Team by phone. Also, the pet insurance contractual stipulation of a 72 hour window to schedule a Vet appointment otherwise that aspect of the coverage is voided is very unrealistic...It isn't much different than getting a same day appointment for people, it's hard because Vets are oftentimes double booked just like physicians who treat humans. Overall, we had a very good experience and despite the points I made, it was deserving of 5-Stars. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone considering purchasing a healthy puppy. Atlas fits right in with his brothers, our Cockapoo and Aussiedoodle. We're very satisfied with the service provided by Pawrade.

Highly recommend Pawrade if you are looking for a puppy. They do all of the vetting for you, making sure the vets are ethical, proper vaccinations are taken care of and transportation, if needed. While you don't get to meet the puppy before you commit, they certainly make the process as stress and work free as possible. They dealt with our many questions and arranged an introductory phone call. After only five days we are totally smitten with our Aussiedoodle. Thanks Pawrade!

The process of purchasing a pet overall was a good one. I am so happy that I called Pawrade. From the moment I called until my little guy came through my door, communication was great. The only thing that I would improved is instead of talking to three to four different people during the process, that once the customer has confirm they would like to purchase a pet, one person is assigned to the customer until the process is complete. A personal concierge so to speak. All the reps that I spoke to were excellent, but dealing with one person would eliminate the feeling of being juggled around. I would definitely refer friends, family and even strangers to Pawrade. The whole process is secured and thorough.
