PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

So, first off I’d like to say this service is legit! I gave 4 stars because I think the communication AFTER the purchase could have been better. Multiple times I had questions and would call or text and never heard back. After I had the breeders phone number and could communicate with her, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend and would 100% use pawrade again if I wanted another puppy. I would say the whole process took about 3 weeks or so. Now for oreo(given name Lance), he is AMAZING. The breeder raised him well. He loves people and children. He picked up potty training pretty quickly and he’s very calm and loving. Everyone who meets him instantly becomes obsessed with him. He’s better than I could ever imagined.

My service has been really great. The breeders were really sweet and took great care of my pet. The only area of development would be having more ground transport so that when your pet is purchased you are not waiting weeks and weeks to receive your pet. I was blessed that the breeders were willing to drive my pet out to me. Otherwise I might have had to wait longer than the 3-4 weeks I waited. Outside of that I’m super happy with my little Jack Russell. She’s beautiful happy and healthy! Thanks Pawrade!

We adopted a Dalmatian puppy from Pawrade and couldn't be happier with him. We greatly appreciated the assistance of the CSR in the reservation of our new fur family member. They were very helpful. However, once they had their money things started to go down hill. When it came to delivery of our puppy we were very upset. There was very poor communication with the breeder on their part. We paid almost $700 for delivery of our puppy from Indiana to Tennessee. Our puppy delivery was rescheduled several times even though Pawrade insured us that they had talked to the breeder. The last time our delivery was changed no one even notified us. We were supposed to get our Puppy on Tuesday, then it was moved to Wednesday and so on We finally received him on Friday night around 8pm. By this time our puppy had been in transport for 4 days. He was stressed when we received him as you would expect any puppy to be that had been stuck in a car for 4 days. He was smelly and covered in his own urine and poop. Although the drivers apologized I just don't feel that this was right. They drove to Florida with him before bring him to Tennessee as they had, had added deliveries. I expressed my concern to the driver and to Pawrade several times with this transport and over all had no action taken. We were basically told that we needed to just deal with it and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I understand that their route was extended but I don't understand why my puppy was subjected to being brought all the way to Florida before they came back north when he could have been dropped on the way down. And that if he was going to be subjected to that why were weren't advised first and given other options about picking him up. This was an 8 to 10 hours trip max, and I would have preferred to make the drive to pick him up if I would have been advised he was going to be transported for 4 days. There was no compensation for the delay or "miscommunication" which would have been a nice jester as we had express such concern over several days. I would say that if your going to adopt a puppy from Pawrade that you make sure they are more up front with their delivery of it if you are paying for it. Or make sure your breeder is within driving distance. Update: although there was plenty of transparency through out the purchasing process, there was not when it came to the transport process. Although I understand pawrade does not control the 3rd party transport I do feel that there should have been better communication with pawrade, the breeder and the transport company. The breeder and transport company were hard to reach when it came to answering concerns. If transport changes were going to be made I should have been updated so that I could have made different plans for his transport if I chose. I do realize puppies are going to have accidents. My concern was the 4 days he spent in his own mess getting to me not that he was a mess. I would buy from pawrade again. But I'd definitely make sure that I asked more questions and would likely make different transport arrangements.

After a great beginning nothing! I was so excited at the service I was getting at the beginning of this entire purchase. I was happy with everyone that I dealt with until I had a problem with the puppy and somehow everything stopped. I have a chip with no number provided or no company provided. I am trying to turn in paperwork to be paid through the warrantee. Because I am not good at this stuff I asked for verification that it was received and nothing. I am beginning to wonder if I was scammed as to the type of dog, the condition of the dog definitely, into things like the answers I need. I love this dog and wouldn’t trade it for anything but that does not negate the fact that something has gone terribly wrong. I’ll be happy to retract all of this if you finish what you started. Everyone was so eager to talk to me in the beginning but that sure did peter out… Right Peter! Everyone is getting what I was upset about wrong. It has absolutely nothing to do with the warranty on the health issues and being paid for it. I definitely realize it takes time. I was trying to give you the last vet report And just want to confirmation that it was received. I texted it and just wanted to make sure it got through. The other thing has to do with the breeder, not you personally. You promised information on the chip in on the parents. Until I wrote this review I believe the last email I received was on March 29. I have not talk to anyone . I do hope this clears up everything and please get together because I thought I was straightened out last night with Brenden. I updated your stars and the rest of it is true and Has nothing to do with the repayment for vet bills. You told me I had to wait for the process to complete and I certainly knew it couldn’t complete unless you had all the info which is why I was checking on the last one. That’s what upset me because no one would reply. As for the rest, each and everyone of you were wonderful in your own way! Sorry if I have a special spot in my heart for Peter.

You guys were great to deal with. Really good customer service. It was not disclosed that our dog had surgery for a hernia before we got him. He also has a cough and is being treated with antibiotics.

My dog was delivered ahead of schedule and in wonderful health. I am very pleased with the entire experience

I enjoyed working with the professionals at Pawrade. All were helpful, friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and responsive. Our cockapoo is adorable and well socialized. We feel very lucky to have found her. Our vet gave her a thorough physical and found her to be in almost perfect health (I'll explain below). She was initially concerned since Shaylee was from Missouri and she said Missouri is a state known for many puppy mills. I have no reason whatsoever to believe that Shay was from a puppy mill, however, a fecal test exposed that she has 3 different types of parasites in her digestive system. These parasites are transferred from animal to animal by feces contact in close quarters. Any one or all of them could have caused Shay serious illness or death. Further, they could have been passed onto another dog in the household. We immediately started her on 2 different prescriptions to get rid of them, and she seems to be doing well. The parasites are the reason I've deducted one star. A fecal test should be a requirement of the breeders before sending the puppy. It is impossible to get the results of a fecal test within the 3 days required by Pawrade for the pet to be seen by a vet. If something terrible had happened to Shay as a result of the parasites, it would have been after the 3 days, and as I understand it, we would have had no recourse with Pawrade or the breeder. We feel fortunate and happy that this problem was caught and is being remedied, and delighted to have Shay as part of the family.

I was happy with them but it was a long time getting my puppy. Also my puppy had a cough and ear mites. I’m extremely happy with puppy thanks to Pawrade
