Hey Sonja, We are sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with potty training. It is common that when you take a pup away from the only home it has ever known, its mother, siblings, etc. it can be very stressful and they will revert on some of their training. We are certain with your love and patience your new best buddy will be up to speed in no time.

Hey Jo, actually you did receive a very high quality puppy. It is very well known that Poms go through several stages of their coat in the first year. In fact there is a time commonly known as the "ugly" stage. This is when all the puppy coat falls out and it takes a bit for the 2 layers of adult coat to come in. Your pups adult coat will come in and will be beautiful. Thank you for your patience, and we are sure in just a bit you will be completely satisfied.

Hey Gary, Thanks for your input. I cant speak to what any individual may be able to budget for a new puppy, but all of our pups are priced at the lower end of fair market value. And If you consider all the benefits of adopting through Pawrade its actually the best option.

Derrick, As we have communicated with you, sometimes a chip can fall out as it is placed just below the skin and they can also sometimes fail as with any man made device. We will cover the expense of a new chip for you. Also your pup was appropriately vaccinated for the state in which it was bred. This may be different than the requirements for the state you live in as it does vary some from state to state.

Megan, we are sorry to hear that the process was not a seamless as we try for. I do believe most your concerns you have voiced here are covered in the terms that are disclosed to you in the checkout process before purchase. We also do our best to give you an outline of how things work during the sales process but there are certainly variables with each situation. We do provide 30 days of complimentary Metlife coverage at no cost to our clients. No purchase is necessary. A wellness visit is required and no it is not covered as that is a normal expense related to being a puppy parent and should always be done no matter where you may have gotten your pup. Any issue found at the wellness visit would be covered under the Metlife coverage and/or your 3 year petpay Helath guarantee. We do apologize if you found the process cumbersome but we do work constantly to refine the process and thank you for your honest feedback. James, a pups appearance will change very quickly. They can change in a matter of days and certainly weeks. We can also arrange for 3 way cals/video calls with the breeder as well at your request. Pups will sometimes regress on their training when they are removed form their original homes, mother, littermates and such. It is a stressful situation for them. We are happy that we were able to deliver your pup to you as promised and thank you for choosing Pawrade.

They can appear different is just a few days and certainly a few weeks. We can also arrange 3 way callls/video calls with the breeder as well if you desire. We do try to be thorough and most of our customers actually comment that they appreciate all the contact and information we provide. Typically "scammers" will "ghost" you once they have your money as opposed to regular contact. We also document all communication in writing or on recorded lines to ensure all goes smoothly, that is why we do not exchange buyer/breeder contact information until the finish line.
