I am editing my rating because I found out when I visited the vet for the required visit, what I received was not, in fact , a "healthy puppy" as stated in the paperwork, but a puppy with 2 serious congenital defects. A heart murmur and an immature cataract. When you contact them, (which is difficult), you are given loopholes and more loopholes. All the hoops they make people jump through, and then it is pretty much, " sorry for your luck." We love our puppy and she is beautiful, but if we had known her issues, we would NOT have gone forward with the purchase. I am starting to doubt the quaility of breeders they work with. BUYER BEWARE

This time is the same as last time that has not been resolved. You have yet to contact me by a "live" person to discuss the issue. This entire company is based on never talking to the same concierge. I have never delt with a company that refuses to have a personal relationship with the customer. To actually have an "actual" person from the corporate office who could handle the entire problem in two minutes.

My puppy died just over 24 hrs after I received her. Still trying to get my money back. 😢

2 stars because she’s a sweet puppy. It would be zero based on experience. Great communication until puppy was delivered then crickets after delivery and I had problems. Delivery company screwed up and knocked on my door with the wrong puppy, then I had to describe my dog and they handed me a filthy mess. She was covered head to toe in dried urine and feces. I had to bathe her 4 times at 1am as she was delivered after midnight. The paperwork I received was not enough and I had to ask for the new ownership document. Then I researched the breeder and found articles highlighting the kennel she was purchased from as a puppy mill in Indiana. No after care, no support after delivery. Never again. Edit: the reason I have not shared any evidence as I have turned this matter over to my attorney. You completely dismissed my concerns and then treated me horribly.

Pawrade team directly was great. Transporter was terrible. The transporter chosen by Pawrade provided little to no proactive communication. The absolute worst part is that our little guy arrived with a double ear and respiratory infection. Knowing what we know now, we would have factored the cost of a round trip ticket to pick him up in person. We were told 2-4 days for our pup to get to us. In reality it took 6 days. Pawrade relies upon the transporter to communicate with the new family. It seems they have no awareness of the actual well being of the pups in travel, route, or details that are important to new pup parents. Our pup went from AZ to CA then who knows where before arriving in MI. If we have known he would have been in a car for that long up front, we would have made other arrangements. Our little guy is doing a lot better now. We got him to the vet immediately upon arrival once we saw his condition.

Final update: They had the nerve to dispute this review. Good thing I had screen shots. I wish i had read the 1 star reviews first. I LOVE my pup. Seems I got lucky and so far he's healthy. But the communication and stressful buying experience HOUNDING me non stop until after they get their $$ and then horrific communication. Read the 1 star reviews and the company's responses. The responses are nasty, condescending, and take zero accountability. I will not recommend this place in the future. It's easy guys, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Shall I be condescending like you are and send a google link to exactly what that means? Updated to solved. 3 stars due to having to write. A review to get a response. UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have to change my review. This company hounded me nonstop for payment even when i paid for the dog in full. I ended up paying the travel bill TWICE. I have contacted them several times and I finally got a snarky response back that said “my boss said you never were charged twice”. They didnt even ask for the receipts. I showed them the receipts and radio silence. THEY DO NOT ANSWER WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this service. I knew from the start that this was a trusted service and that I was not going to be involved in a puppy scam. The process was easy and smooth so long as you have al of your identification. They stay in contact with you the whole time. My puppy arrived earlier than usual and was HAND DELIVERED by the travel service. As for the actual puppy, I am so in love. and I can tell that the breeder did all the socialization that was required for his age. He’s just a joy!! Highly recommend!

Your group makes puppy purchasing very difficult. You want things done ASAP but when it comes to correcting a situation as false advertising, you become very slow, want all types of proof and when you receive that proof you again, drag your feet. I have a sweet, active hunting dog (if you like that type of activity) that still has his dew claws (du claws) still attached. But since I haven't signed the last paper (I hope) I haven't received his well-puppy guarantee or the Met life... also advertised. Hey I'll pay to get his dew claws removed (which is now surgery due to age) but I'm still waiting for his Well Puppy Guarantee. I plan on having this little guy in my life for a long, long time, God willing and need to meet his every need.

The breeder should check the Puppy is 100 percent healthy before they put them on sale.,because we the buyer is excited to get what we want and expect that the puppy is healthy we are NOT paying the breeder for thousand of $ to get what we’re NOT expecting.
