Never buy from Pawrade
Never buy from Pawrade. They claim to have trusted breeders and our breeder was the worst. We fell in love with a Cocker spaniel puppy after the heartbreak of losing our family Cocker spaniel of 13 years. We jumped at the opportunity to get this sweet little puppy as she seemed perfect to fill our home with love like our last pup did. We were told the puppy would be delayed two weeks due to her "not weighing enough to be delivered via van" which is already non sensical. But we decided to wait anyway. Fast forward two weeks. It's the day before and the puppy magically "ran away" in freezing cold temperatures. Even if that is true, why would the breeders yard not be fenced in if you're taking all of the puppies out at once? Common sense is all it takes in that aspect. We lost our puppy before we even got her. We thought having her be driven instead of flown would of been less traumatic for her. But the fate of our puppy was even more traumatic for her and for our family. The fact the Pawrade allows just any breeder that doesn't even have common sense is disgusting. The fate this puppy had to face is disgusting and the pain my family has to feel is disgusting. The fact the Pawrade tries to defend themselves on this review site is also repulsive. Take accountability and fix the problem. You are a business for living beings. For sweet little puppies that are trying to make families whole. Stop defending yourselves and take accountability. The way we were told was also gross. They had no sympathy and just asked if we wanted a refund. That doesn't fix what happened nor does it bring any peace to our family. Do not use Pawrade. They are a money hungry and disgusting company that doesn't care about you or your puppy.

Sammy, we are truly sorry that we were notable to deliver a pup to you, but your assessment here is extremely unfair and simply inaccurate. We follow all USDA guidelines for the safety of the pups. The pup you chose was very small and the requirement is that the pup be at least two pounds or 12 weeks of age to be taken from its mother and rehomed. That is for the health and safety of the pup and your eagerness to receive the pup does not override this. You were well aware of this as it is fully disclosed in your contract. The breeders did take the pups out to go potty as they have done many times. The pup you chose did go missing in these few minutes. The breeders searched frantically all through the night and into the next day. They continued to search for several days after. They live in a rural area so there are many things that could have happened, unfortunately they were never able to find the pup. They were completely heartbroken dealing with the loss and on top of that they had to cope with your personal attacks. The breeders are wonderful people who always do their best to produce amazing pups and provide the best care for them. We will continue to support them as we understand that occasionally terrible things can happen to the best of us.
