My experience was nothing short of excellent. Paul,Louis and Kelli made buying this puppy only an amazing experience answered my calls and e-mails within minutes and always had an amazing attitude answering my million questions. By far a better experience than walking into my local pet shop to buy a dog. 10000% recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with my perfect puppy! She is a dream come true and thanks to Pawrade it was a great experience! She's healthy and happy and I have already recommended Pawrade to my friends and family. Any fears or any hesitation with engaging Pawrade are totally unnecessary. They're the best.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we first viewed our Golden Retriever Paityn now renamed Bella on Pawrade.com. The photos of our new fluffy baby were exact to the way the dog looks in person. We were a little skeptical about the dog at first, once Pawrade contacted the breeder, what sold us was the video of the dog. It was true to life like the professional photo images posted on line. From purchase to delivery of the dog the whole process was seamless. Would give a 5 star rating to Pawrade. If you're looking for a great breed dog, Pawrade is the only place to go.

Our Experience from beginning was positive with Joseph as our sales person. He stuck by us as we navigated different breeds and helped us find a local breeder and choose the perfect little guy. The Transport individual Cindy was also very helpful in adjusting the date of the pick up last minute. Our representative Carli has been wonderful throughout this process and still is helping us with everything. The customer support team members at the 800 number are also wonderful. Last but not least Corbin reached out to us to finalize the insurance and transferring of everything at the end. He is an amazingly kind Animal lover and a pleasure to work with. Also the breeders have been wonderful. 🙏 Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this entire process. Despite at times being a bit demanding, the team always rallied and got the job done. Wonderful company and people to work with.

Very impressed with the response from my initial contact. I received immediate answers to questions and a thorough look at what was being offered. Throughout the selection process the company was extremely helpful putting me in contact with any other entities involved in the selection process. No pressure applied, no hard sell! The pet that I selected is extremely precious, healthy and beautiful. I am so very well pleased with all aspects of the purchase of my delightful pet.

I thought the entire process was great. I did research on what company to go with and what drove me to Pawrade was the 3 year Health Guarantee, free 30 day Metlife insurance and the customer service. I interacted with a few people throughout my process - my Puppy concierge Regina, travel concierge Shannon, and customer service liaison Lois. All of them were great - they answered all my questions in a reasonably quick fashion, they were very respectful and professional, and they seemed knowledgeable about the process, next steps for me, and about all of my different questions. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy from a breeder. I also liked that they provided a "quick starter guide" on things to know, what to expect, and a checklist on need to do things - very helpful.
