We had an amazing experience with Pawrade! Joseph helped to answer all of our questions (and we had MANY), to get us to the point where we found the puppy that was right for our family! Lindsay and Corbin were supportive as we transitioned from breeder to our home in Colorado! Buying a puppy online leaves room for a lot of questions, but we feel the team at Pawrade treated us with respect and guided us every step of the way!

This is our 2nd puppy through Pawrade. Both times have been wonderful experiences or we would not have done it twice. We highly recommend Pawrade anytime anyone we know is looking for a puppy. Such great customer service, great follow through all over, no matter what stage of the process you are in, and best of all...healthy puppies. Everyone with Pawrade is always so kind, so helpful, and so sincere. Just truly some of the best people out there work for Pawrade. We are so happy with our entire experience both times and we have two of the best, most wonderful, and most adorable puppies. They are so loved and adored and it is very obvious that they came from breeders who loved them just like we do. This is so very important. Just like children, if puppies are loved from the beginning, they are sweet, kind, and loving when they arrive at their fur-ever home, not to mention how healthy they are when they arrive. Like others have said, it is scary to buy a puppy online. There are so many people out there just for the purpose of scamming you. I experienced that myself before finding Pawrade. But the people who work for Pawrade are amazing. They are so kind and so considerate and so very understanding of the whole scam situation that exists out there. They are very attentive and listen to every concern. They respond extremely quickly to any and every question you have. They support you and walk you through every step of the entire process but they are not just concerned with the new pet parents, they truly care about the puppies as well. They say they have a puppy first approach and they are not kidding. Every care and consideration for a scared little puppy that will be travelling to their new family is taken. Additionally, the insurance that you get a healthy puppy is taken very seriously. From the breeders they allow on their site, to instructions of what to do with and how to care for your new puppy the first week home, to the 30 days of free Met Life Insurance, to the 3 year health guarantee, they are there to make sure you have a healthy puppy. The type of attention to detail that Pawrade provides in every single thing they do is what gives a company a good, solid reputation that will build their company and give them the power to last for decades. The 4 people that I encountered most during our 2 puppy adoptions are Sara, Sandra, Jodi, and Morgan. These 4 people were super informative, and just the kindest people I have met. I am so grateful to have had them walk me through this whole process. They were truly my rock stars. Thank you to all 4 of you (as well as anyone else who jumped in and helped where needed) and thank you to Pawrade for making these 2 little puppies possible in my family. We are head over heels in love with them. Keep up this amazing work you all do. You are much needed in this world, for the new pet parents, the breeders, and probably most of all, for the most adorable puppies on the planet.

We adopted our Bull Mastiff. Although we were skeptical, everything turned out perfect! Tara did a wonderful job reassuring us that she would be in contact with every step of the way and she kept her word.The breeder actually drove from Indiana to Florida and JoJo was just perfect . There are a few of JoJo siblings still available If I could adopt one more I would.We love our puppy so much! Couldn't be happier.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience. Kind, caring, knowledgeable staff. We bought two puppies within one month and our experiences were excellent. The staff kept in touch with us, provided good information to us and provided a way to tell where our puppies were in transit. I would recommend the company to everyone looking for a new four-legged friend. I can't say enough about the company. My puppies arrived clean and happy. They are adjusting very well to our home and they fit right in. Love these puppies and I appreciate the effort the company puts in to provide quality pets.

From the moment I located Paige (Mini-Aussie) through delivery the staff from Pawrade were available and responsive. They helped guide me along the way with each step and made sure I understood what was needed. The process was quick and seem less overall. When my puppy arrived I was very happy to receive her. I elected to have her delivered to me and Pawrade assisted in that process as well. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance in adding a new family member to our household. As she grows her and Snickers will continue to bond.
